Services: the digital products sold on Toman, such as Telegram Stars and Telegram Premium.

User: anyone who visits Toman or uses its services, on any device.

Payment: the transaction a user completes to buy a service.

Order ID: the unique code assigned to every order once it is submitted.

By using Toman, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

You are responsible for entering the information an order needs accurately and completely.

Every completed order gets a unique Order ID. Keep it; you will need it to track the order or ask for support.

Once an order is submitted and processed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or paused, unless the specific service says otherwise.

Toman is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information you entered when ordering.

Because the services are digital, a processed order is not refundable.

If a technical problem occurs while an order is processed, we review the case using the transaction details.

For help with a payment or transaction, contact support with your Order ID.

If we see suspicious activity or unusual transactions, Toman may pause order processing while it checks them, in line with the applicable regulations.

To request support, include your Order ID and the details of the transaction.

Toman provides official support only through the channels listed on this website.

Toman support will never ask for sensitive account information such as your password.
